Middle School Math Teacher (Grades 6–8)

Oceans Academy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Middle School Math Teacher for students in grades 6–8. We are looking for an educator who can inspire confidence in mathematics while supporting students in a positive Islamic learning environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of teaching experience and a passion for helping students grow academically and personally.

Responsibilities

• Teach Math to middle school students
• Create engaging and structured lesson plans
• Help students strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support student success

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Strong Math subject knowledge
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring youth
• Alignment with Islamic values and Oceans Academy’s mission
